About
I help midlife women and adolescents with ADHD navigate their lives, careers, and education with clarity and confidence.
If you're here, you may have spent years doubting yourself and your worth, resorting to people-pleasing, perfectionism, or procrastination. Maybe you feel that your career and life choices were based on who you thought you should be, losing sight of who you really are. I'm here to help you explore what really matters to you - and what's possible - so you can gain clarity and confidence in life and work.
...Or you may have a neurodivergent child who is struggling to navigate change having a challenging time at school. I'm here to support your child through one-to-one counselling and psychoeducation, or to provide you with practical parenting strategies and support.
Many of my clients are neurodivergent, sensitive, or creative and most want to understand themselves better, live in alignment with their true values, and feel like they are 'enough' - that they matter.
